Can I get a refund for coins I purchased?

If you would like a refund for a purchase, please contact us through Contact us. When a refund is processed, paid coins are deducted according to the refunded amount. Your balance may become negative if you have already spent some of those coins. Bonus coins from the purchase are not taken back.
