How do check-in, friend invite, and sign-up rewards work?

Members receive 10 coins for each of days 1 through 6 of check-ins, and 20 coins on day 7. When a friend enters an invite code, both the inviter and the new member receive 50 coins. New members receive a one-time sign-up bonus of 100 coins. Guest accounts cannot collect check-in coins.
